Traditional Ceremony
This package includes up to 2 personalized planning meetings—by phone, video call, or in person—so we can design a ceremony that reflects your love story and unique journey as a couple.
On your big day, I will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony at your venue to ensure everything is prepared and runs smoothly.
After officiating your ceremony, I’ll handle the legalities, obtaining witness signatures and filing your marriage license with the appropriate County Recorder within the required 10-day timeframe.

Elopement
This package includes a one-on-one meeting (by phone, video call, or in person) to craft your ideal elopement ceremony. Whether you’re exchanging vows in the heart of Lake Tahoe or in a more private setting, I will ensure your ceremony is beautifully tailored to your story.
On your wedding day, I will perform your intimate ceremony at a location of your choice.
After officiating your ceremony, I’ll handle the legalities, obtaining witness signatures and filing your marriage license with the appropriate County Recorder within the required 10-day timeframe.

The Legal Stuff
For couples who just can’t wait to say ‘I do’ and want a simple, legal ceremony without the extras, this option is perfect.
I’ll meet you for a short table ceremony, take care of signing the documents, and file your marriage license with the County Recorder. No vows, no ring exchange—just a simple and quick legal signing. Please note that this is only a short couple sentences, this is not for vow or ring exchange. Make sure this is what you desire.
After officiating your ceremony, I’ll handle the legalities, obtaining witness signatures and filing your marriage license with the appropriate County Recorder within the required 10-day timeframe.

Rehearsal Attendance

Vow Renewal
I have a meeting with the couple to plan their vow renewal ceremony. We meet by phone, video call or in person, whichever works best.
I perform your ideal vow renewal ceremony at the desired venue. I arrive an hour before ceremony start time unless otherwise stated as needed for preparation.

Consulting
Need help editing your vows? Not sure where to start? Worried that your ceremony will be boring? Have no fear! I am here for you!
While the elopement and ceremony packages do include a meeting about planning the ceremony, some people just want another eye to read one another's vows to edit them or give them a review to ensure they are not super short or super long in comparison. Some people may also want help incorporating elements into their ceremony that really speak to them.

Absolutely! I love to travel and am happy to officiate your ceremony at any location. For destinations outside the Reno-Sparks area (20-mile radius from me), I charge a travel fee of $0.76 per mile. For locations requiring overnight accommodations, additional fees may apply. Contact me for a personalized travel quote based on your location!

All packages (except for "The Legal Stuff") include a 30-minute ceremony. Need extra time? No problem! Contact me for a personalized quote. Additionally, I offer up to two meetings to personalize your ceremony. I finalize the script no later than one week before your wedding day to allow for timeline planning, and I always arrive 30 minutes or more before the ceremony unless otherwise stated.

Yes! I am fully licensed and insured to perform wedding ceremonies. I understand the importance of working with reputable vendors, and I’m happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request for your peace of mind.

I’m flexible with attire to suit your wedding vision, whether it's matching your color scheme or embracing a specific theme. If you have special attire requests, we’ll discuss any additional costs upfront before finalizing our contract.

Yes! I can request a certified copy of your marriage certificate on your behalf from the county for an additional $30. This covers the county-certified copy and certified shipping/handling. If you prefer, you may also request certified copies directly from the county once your filing has been processed with the county.
